US Consulate in Mumbai collaborated with ABVP to organise Mission Sahasi self-defence training camps for its employees. Under this initiative, approximately 50 women working at the US Consulate took training in critical self-defence techniques.
Understanding the need to make women stronger in wake of crimes against women, ABVP started its flagship initiative Mission Sahasi in 2018. Since then, more than 8 lakh girls across India have been trained for self-defence under the Mission Sahasi campaign by ABVP.
