We congratulate Kailash Satyarthi for receiving the Nobel Prize for Peace. His work in protesting peacefully yet fighting against the exploitation of children has been truly remarkable and has made India proud. We thank him for upholding peace as a virtue in the face of hostility.
We congratulate Malala Yousafzai for receiving the Noble Prize for peace. Her efforts to spread the message of education for girls has been truly inspiring. Braving all the odds she has answered the extremists not with weapons but with education. She has changed the lives of millions at a very young age. We salute her and hope she continues to inspire millions.
